Yes, for purchase orders — it ties every order to a verified email and lets you reuse your details. Accounts are free and for licensed practices, research organizations, and distributors. General questions can be sent through the contact form without an account.

No. Nothing is charged online. After you submit a PO we confirm by email and invoice directly. First orders are prepaid; approved accounts move to Net 30. We accept ACH and wire.

Most orders are produced to order rather than pulled from stock, so typical lead time is one to two weeks from a confirmed PO. Private-label runs follow the same timeline once artwork is approved.

Wholesale is priced per vial by total order volume — six tiers from 100–249 vials up to 3,000+ — with a 100-vial minimum per SKU. Clinic accounts order by the box of 10 at clinic pricing with no volume minimum. Your price list and tier show automatically in the Partner Portal as you build an order.

We quote tiered pricing directly rather than publishing it. Once your account is set up, preset pricing can be attached to it so unit prices and subtotals show in the portal as you build an order. Anything not preset shows "Quote" and is confirmed by email.

Yes. Every SKU is available lyophilized under your own label, with packaging and inserts applied at the source.

Three ways, and we encourage all of them:

• Certificates of analysis. Every lot ships with a third-party COA covering HPLC purity, mass-spec identity, net peptide content, water content, TFA, and endotoxin. Recent examples are available on request, and you can request COAs for specific compounds or lots on the portal form.
• Independent samples. We ship pre-order samples of any SKU for your own testing, invoiced at cost and pulled from the same lot that would ship against your PO.
• Facility documentation. Cleanroom certification details and per-API registration information are available for your documentation package.

Release specification is 99% purity or higher by HPLC. A lot that tests below 99% is rejected and never enters inventory.
